Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Complete OS for Slack (“the Service”), provided by Complete OS LLC (“we,” “us”). By installing or using the Service in your Slack workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization that owns that workspace.

The Service

Complete OS is a Slack application that surfaces business information (revenue, invoices, follow-ups, calendar context) and takes actions you approve (drafting messages, sending SMS reminders) inside your Slack workspace. Features that depend on a third-party integration (Stripe, your bank, Twilio, Google, QuickBooks, HubSpot) only work once you've connected that integration through /setup.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of business data you enter (prospects, invoices, remembered facts) and for reviewing AI-drafted content before approving it to send.
• You're responsible for keeping your Slack workspace membership and admin permissions appropriately restricted, since Complete OS respects whatever roles Slack reports to it.
• You won't use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages through the SMS features, and you're responsible for complying with applicable communications law (e.g. TCPA) for any contacts you message.

AI-generated content

Follow-up drafts, meeting briefs, and Assistant panel replies are generated by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) based on the business data in your workspace. This content is a draft, not verified fact — you approve every outbound message before it sends, and you're responsible for reviewing it first.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If a change is material, we'll note it in our app listing or your configured team channel where practical.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for workspaces that violate these terms, abuse the Service's rate limits, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Complete OS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content, revenue summaries, or health scores it produces. Nothing here limits liability where such limitation isn't permitted by law.
