Privacy Policy
Last updated July 4, 2026 · Complete OS LLC
Complete OS for Slack (“Complete OS,” “we,” “us”) is a Slack application operated by Complete OS LLC. This policy explains what data we collect when you install and use Complete OS in your Slack workspace, how we use it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you install Complete OS, we store:
- Your Slack workspace ID, workspace name, and the user ID of whoever installed the app.
- An encrypted bot token that lets Complete OS post messages and respond to commands in your workspace.
- Business data you or your teammates enter or connect: prospect and contact records, follow-up drafts, invoices, project notes, and any facts you save with
/remember. - If you choose to connect them, encrypted OAuth tokens for third-party services: Stripe, Mercury/Brex/Relay, Twilio, Google Drive, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, and HubSpot. Each is entirely optional — Complete OS works with none, some, or all of them connected.
How we use it
Data is used only to operate the features you've enabled: generating your morning briefing, drafting follow-up messages, summarizing revenue and invoices, answering questions in the Slack Assistant panel, and sending the proactive nudges and health score reports described in our app listing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train AI models beyond the single request it was sent with.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in a dedicated Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, isolated per workspace. Every table and query is scoped to your workspace — no workspace can see another workspace's data. All third-party access tokens (Stripe, bank, Twilio, Google, QuickBooks, HubSpot) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they're ever written to the database.
Sub-processors
We rely on the following services to operate Complete OS. Each only receives the minimum data needed for its function:
- Supabase — primary database.
- Vercel — application hosting and scheduled jobs.
- Google Gemini — generates AI-drafted follow-up messages and Assistant panel replies. Prompts include only the business data relevant to the specific request.
- Twilio — sends SMS messages you explicitly approve (follow-ups, invoice reminders).
- Stripe — reads revenue and invoice data if you connect your Stripe account.
- Sentry — error monitoring. Error reports may include technical context but are not used for any other purpose.
- PostHog — anonymized product usage analytics (which features are used, not their content).
Your controls
Any admin in your workspace can disconnect an integration or reconfigure Complete OS at any time via the /setupcommand. Uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace stops all data collection going forward. To request deletion of your workspace's stored data, contact us at the email below.
