Privacy Policy

Last updated July 4, 2026 · Complete OS LLC

Complete OS for Slack (“Complete OS,” “we,” “us”) is a Slack application operated by Complete OS LLC. This policy explains what data we collect when you install and use Complete OS in your Slack workspace, how we use it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you install Complete OS, we store:

How we use it

Data is used only to operate the features you've enabled: generating your morning briefing, drafting follow-up messages, summarizing revenue and invoices, answering questions in the Slack Assistant panel, and sending the proactive nudges and health score reports described in our app listing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train AI models beyond the single request it was sent with.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in a dedicated Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, isolated per workspace. Every table and query is scoped to your workspace — no workspace can see another workspace's data. All third-party access tokens (Stripe, bank, Twilio, Google, QuickBooks, HubSpot) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they're ever written to the database.

Sub-processors

We rely on the following services to operate Complete OS. Each only receives the minimum data needed for its function:

Your controls

Any admin in your workspace can disconnect an integration or reconfigure Complete OS at any time via the /setupcommand. Uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace stops all data collection going forward. To request deletion of your workspace's stored data, contact us at the email below.
